2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We specialize in luxury womenswear, including ready-to-wear collections and bespoke (custom-made) couture.

  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen differences, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be exactly accurate.

  • Sizing: Please refer to our sizing guide before placing an order. For bespoke items, accurate measurements are the customer’s responsibility.

3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

  • Order Placement: By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  • Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

  • Bespoke/Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made or made-to-measure garments are final once production has begun. These items cannot be cancelled or altered without our written consent and may be subject to additional fees for changes.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Currency: Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and/or US Dollars (USD).

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via [List Methods, e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Paystack]. Payment must be received in full before dispatch (or before production begins for bespoke items).

  • Taxes: Prices [include/exclude] VAT. You are responsible for any local taxes or import duties if ordering from outside Nigeria.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Processing Time: Ready-to-wear items are typically processed within [X] business days. Bespoke items require a production timeline of [X-Y] weeks.

  • Shipping: We ship domestically within Nigeria and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • International Customs: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

A. Ready-to-Wear Items

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged ready-to-wear items with all original tags attached within [X, e.g., 7 or 14] days of receipt.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

B. Bespoke and Custom Orders

  • Adjustments: If a bespoke garment requires minor adjustments due to a production error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including but not limited to the Yutee Rone logo, designs, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Yutee Rone Atelier and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You are prohibited from transmitting any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yutee Rone Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or this Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
